How does a TradeCase work?
From account to company relationship, from request to outcome, every step has its own permission and state rules.
TradeCase stages
- 01
Draft — Request draft; only your company sees it. On submission it goes through risk assessment.
- 02
Submitted — Request submitted; risk assessment is starting.
- 03
In review — Risk assessment and, if needed, platform review. Files that need no review move on automatically.
- 04
Open for matching — The request is open to suitable suppliers; quotes are awaited.
- 05
Offers presented — Quotes have been presented to you; compare and accept one.
- 06
Accepted — Quote accepted; the parties share documents in the DataRoom. Acceptance is not payment, shipment or performance.
- 07
In execution — The parties are performing; production, shipment and delivery evidence is shared.
- 08
Completed — Closed with a clean-scanned completion document; records are read-only.
Company Passport
Your company profile (legal name, country, sector, tax number, website) is visible only to your company's members. Counterparties see only the company name.
Opportunity and matching model
Published requests for quotation are visible as opportunities to every company with a context. Drafts are visible only to their owner. Each company may have one active quote per request.
Supervisor and human decision
Accepting a quote, moving to agreement, closing or cancelling the file are binding decisions and are taken only by the company's owner or admin. Every decision is written to the file's immutable event log.
DealRoom and DataRoom model
Each party opens a DataRoom in its own company and grants the counterparty read-only access. Documents are versioned by their SHA-256 digest; versions are only ever added, never deleted. A document whose virus scan is not clean is served to nobody.
